Phases 01–02
Establish the facts of the site and the route to consent before capital is committed. Deliverables: site due-diligence report, survey baseline, EIA support, preliminary volumes and cost plan.
Phases 03–04
Design the marine masterplan and execute the dredging, reclamation and marine structures that create the land and access the resort is built on.
Phases 05–06
Build, fit out and commission villas, back-of-house and utilities; hand over with as-builts and conformance surveys; return for maintenance dredging and beach management.
Reef geometry, lagoon depths and wave exposure decide what a resort will cost.
We establish all of them before the acquisition closes, then carry the data forward as the project baseline — the same multibeam survey serves the feasibility case, the EIA, the design and the dredging payment.
